- Healthcare Authorities

- Police Authorities
All orders must be sent in the form of an Official Purchase Order, which is to include:
- Official Purchase Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Invoice Address (if Different)
- Account Contact, Name and Number
- Order Contact, Name and Number
All invoices to be settled within 30 days
