Physio Control Lifepak CR Plus Defibrillator - Fully Automatic
The Lifepak CR Plus Defibrillator has a simple two step process which makes it easy and clear to use. This in turn gives the operative the assurance required to deliver possible life saving treatment to the patient. This fully automatic version is designed so that it only delivers a shock if it determins that it is required. This means that the operative does not need to press a 'shock' button to activate the defibrillator.
The Lifepak CR Plus is capable of delivering an industry leading 360 joules if necessary. Some patients are more difficult to defibrillate than others, although this is impossible to tell before the defibrillator treatment has begun. When a lower energy shock is not enough to defibrillate the patient the Lifepak CR Plus is designed to automatically increase the level of shock and therefore increasing the chances of success.
The Lifepak CR Plus is easy to maintain. It has been specifically designed so that when the electrode pads are replaced the battery pack is also replaced. The Lifepak CR Plus automatically conducts weekly and monthly tests itself. A simple and clear indicator is used to show a visual indicator that the defibrillator is ready for use.
