The Kidde H8028 is digital sensor cable with a nominal alarm temperature of 105oC. The insulation of the inner cores is designed to melt at the specified alarm temperature, causing the inner cores to short circuit. Can be connected to any monitored circuit which is suitable for monitoring switch operation. The PVC outer sheath allows the cable to be installed in internal and external locations excluding where chemical agents could affect the PVC outer sheath.
