This range of Fire Log Books and Document Holders are ideal to help businesses and building owners comply with fire safety legislation. It is a legal requirement that every fire alarm system should have a fire log book to record incidents in. This allows the end user, maintenance contractor and the fire brigade to use the fire log book as a historical document to view what has been happening with the fire alarm system.

Fire Alarm Log Book
The DOCFLB17 is a fire alarm system log book for use with systems with control panels compliant to BS5839 part 1 and part 6.
This log book is designed to be used to record events on the system such as weekly test records and alarm activations which is now required by law. There is a section to list the system components for reference.
Included with this log book are certificates for modification, design, installation, commissioning and acceptance. Storing these certicates within the fire alarm log book allows them to be easily referenced in the future.
Emergency Lighting Test Log Book
The DOCELLB16 is an Emergency Lighting Log Book. This log book is ideal for recording information regarding a buildings emergency lighting system. It is A4 in size and features a laminate front cover which can be easily wiped clean.
This log book is suitable for recording information about self-contained and centrally powered systems making it versatile in use. It features a straight forward tickbox system which is suitable for recording monthly tests of upto 204 emergency light fittings.
This document allows the user to comply with the British Standard BS5266 Part 1 and also the Regulatory Reform Order (RRO) which came into force in 2005.
This log book also includes certificates for the design, installation, verification (commissioning) and completetion of an emergency lighting system. This then allows all the certificates to be kept in one place for easy reference in the future.
The log book allows the user to record the monthly tests for upto 200 emergency light fittings for 1 year, 100 emergency light fittings for 2 years and 50 emergency light fittings for 4 years.
