Zerio Plus Battery Stats Recalibration Procedure
When replacing the battery pack in a device, it is important to reset the devices’ battery stats. This will ensure that the new battery level is reported accurately and prevents incorrect low battery messages being shown on the panel. The reset process does not require any use of the control panel.
Please note that the battery stats recalibration is only necessary when replacing a battery on Zerio Plus devices with a version number from 3.00 up to (and including) 3.03.
The version number can be found on a small rectangular white label on the back of the device.
Battery stats recalibration is not necessary on older Zerio Plus devices which have a blue product label.
